Computer Accurate!
Haven’t watched much EZA stuff since the move to part-time and this stream has reminded me why. EZA has completely lost all etiquette for what it means to stream and podcast. This isn’t a party, it’s a thing people are trying to watch/listen to, but that’s almost impossible when you constantly talk over each other. Same stuff on the podcast too. I want to watch you guys but when this is what you put out, I just can’t
So, at the parties you go to people all take turns talking?
Yeah, it feels like Allies had stopped caring about the quality of their production. I’ll use Community Showcase as an example. When it was hosted by Jones and Damiani, it was a smooth sailing that was both fun to watch and to participate in, because the host was spending several hours before the stream to set everything up. Now it’s “someone read this” thing with numerous technical issues up to showing completely wrong media, which isn’t fun to watch and even less enjoyable to participate in.
And this lack of care is infectious - if you don’t care about your content, why should I? I’m still a patron of this endeavor, but it no longer feels like a worthy investment.
@@charoleawoodreread what I wrote, “this isn’t a party”. I’m making the point that people at parties talk over each other. On streams and podcasts people shouldn’t do that

Ah, well, i missunderstood then, i thought you were lamenting that it didn't feel like a party.
Anyhow, less than an hour in they all get to paying attention to the game.
i tuned into EZA years ago because they reminded me of my old friend group and we'd always start out shooting the shit and talking over what was happening --- i like those vibes, and i'm grateful they're still here.
Then, inevitably, when we were done with shit to shoot we'd focus on the game, just as the team does here.
i can't imagine why you'd ever have tuned in to EZA if you don't like this kind of group stream, it's always been this way.
People have always had some negative narrative to spin about EZA throughout its entire existence --- the narrative changes but the negativity is always the same.
@@charoleawoodI respect what you’re saying, I am the same with my friends, but it’s not true that EZA streams have always been like this. When the whole gang were together they’d tell people to be quiet if they were having side conversations unless everyone was involved in it. Now it feels like a free for all. I don’t think it’s right to compare streams to friend groups either. EZA are at work and are basically selling and product and asking me for my support. I’ve got a choice of where to put that support and at one time, it would have gone to EZA without question, but now not so much. It’s just a shame because I loved this gang and it feels like they’re having a slow death by a thousand cuts

This was a terrible stream. Jason provides very interesting insights, but it’s impossible to hear him because others are shouting completely irrelevant things. Why are you even inviting a guest and playing a game if you don’t let the audience see them? This is disrespectful to say the least. Sort it out!
EZA is KF South now. Huber is the only one keeping it on the rails.
I love EZA but I kinda do have to agree here. Lately most of their content seems so disorganized and all over the place. I’m sure Blood tries to keep some kind of order/structure, but it always seems to fall apart. A lot of the time the content ends up feeling very chaotic with no real focus. They definitely need someone who can help bring a little more structure to the team imo.
I have to agree. It has been some time since I watched a EZA group stream, and this just feel too disorganized.
I think it passed the line of jolly friend vibes to...chaotic? At least for the first 40 minutes or so. The guest was constantly interrupted when trying to give insight or recommendation, the frequent shouting was annoying too...

@@louisebrown103 I have a different impression. Also, even if someone is doing something that you don’t like continuously, that’s not a reason to not give them your feedback.
