- No baking! Without gelatine and eggs! Very tender and delicious dessert! Fine, milky DESSERT for a vacation or for tea. Today I will show you step by step how to make a delicious and easy dessert. You will be enthusiastic! Quick preparation for tea in 5 minutes + freezing in the refrigerator. Your family and friends will love the chocolate cream pudding.
ingredients
Milk - 1 l
Flour - 120g
Starch - 25 g
Sugar - 170 g
Butter - 20 gr
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
roasted peanuts - 100 g
dark chocolate - 50 g
Recipe and preparation: 👇:
Pour 1 liter of milk into a saucepan.
170 grams of sugar.
10 g vanilla sugar.
120 g flour (sift the flour).
25 g corn starch.
Mix well to avoid lumps.
Set the pan on medium heat.
Cook the cream, stirring constantly.
Once the cream comes to a boil, cook another 2 minutes.
Add 20 g of butter.
Stir well and remove from heat.
Spread the cream into the molds.
I have glasses for 250 g.
Cover each jar with plastic wrap.
Put it in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.
After 1 hour.
Take the pudding out of the cups.
Cut the frozen cream in half.
Decorate with any nuts.
I have chopped peanuts and walnuts.
Cover with chocolate.
Add some coconut flakes.
This is a very tasty dessert.

OMG, this is the easiest and quickest desert anyone can make. I can't thank you enough for this recipe; my whole family love it! My son is very picky with deserts but the second he cut into it, he wanted more. The only difference the way I made it is after the chocolate set on top of pudding I flipped it and spread chocolate on the other side too. This way there's chocolate on both ends. And I sprinkled the shredded coconut on top of chocolate before it set, so the coconut set in the chocolate. I just wish I would take pictures of them as they looked not just beautiful but extremely yummy too!
