It looks like the cabinet will resemble the Midway style cabinet like the MK 30th anniversary look. But who knows what games they'll include. Either way, I bet MAME emulation is better than theirs and having PC based hardware like my mod will probably do a better job over all. I was surprised when my MK 30th Arcade1Up cabinet had audio stutters while playing single player games! Its like the CPU isn't powerful enough for it lol. I'm still really interested to see what their release will be like. I don't know how they got the NFL to agree to it.

Can you clarify... you bought the Tulsa Arcades control panel and plexi but you bought the ArcadeGraphix print for the control panel... how did Tulsa know to cut the proper button holes exactly right?

Great question, I should have mentioned this. Tulsa Arcades knew because they had made one for a friend of mine in the past. Tulsa Arcades and ArcadeGraphix worked together on the initial design. I messaged them and asked if they could make the Blitz control panel like they did for Daniel. I would imagine if you sent them a message with the link to my video, they'd be able to cut you the same thing that would match the ArcadeGraphix print.

Killer cab ! I was curious as to why some gamer's choose to go with the two player option as opposed to the 4 player set up. Was it because of space and what cab you had on hand? Is there anything one might loose when it comes to the game experience when player in the 2 player format? I have a TMNT cab that I was thinking of modding into a cab that would take advantage of 4 player games such as Blitz, Nba Jam, TMNT of course and others. Great job as always my brotha! Game On!

Thanks! Its mostly because of space and the fact that I'll almost certainly never have 4 players on it. Theres one other issue with modding a 4 player cab, you may have to use Sanwa or other joysticks. Happ sticks have a large base that probably won't fit 4 of them in there.

I know someone has made a 4 player Blitz. I can’t remember who but they sent me a message on one of the several social media things I’m on LOL. It worked with Happ but he had to do a fair bit of cutting from what I recall. Man, I miss those Final Fight deals! My Blitz was a Final Fight and my CarnEvil was a $50 one also lol.

@@KillerArcadeGames Lol the extra Final Fight was a 50 dollar deal that I grabbed last year :) There was a 3 week span where I got the original Pac-Man on clearance for just under 100.00 , Final Fight for 50.00 and the QVC or HSN Marvel Super Heroes for 75 bucks off because my girlfriend had a rewards coupon. Good times.

If you push up on the joystick twice it hides your cursor during play selection screen. It almost seems like you hit up twice but not positive. My blitz 2000 has no bugs from what I have seen except for music occasionally not playing.

My blitz cab is nearly complete. Was kind of bummed that my control panel art from arcade graphix didn't have any of the words on it "start, turbo, pass,etc" ended up using the cp art from escape pod on my 2player 6 button control panel until I figure out my next move.

Hopefully you can get them. Maybe you could even find the files online to get the right font. My wife is a font wizard so she may even be able to look at it and find the exact font they used. Those Happ sticks make a world of difference! They're a hassle to install but worth it in the long run.

The best would be a 49 way Happ stick. I've been told they do work with MAME but I haven't tried it or verified it.

question. i have NFL blitz 200 on my mame cabinet and if player 1 and 2 hit start they are on the same team. player one and 3 or 4 have to hit start to vs. each other. do you no if there is a way to have player 1 and 2 go against each other ? or have you not run into this issue

Press tab while the game is running, go to Dip Switches, there’s a setting in there that changes it from 4 players to 2 players. Back out and his save configuration or reset the game. That should make it work properly. If not, assign your cabinets player 2 controls to player 3 in MAME.

It would be a pretty ridiculous cost, which is one of the reasons I don't sell them. Buying a cab to mod, plus all the parts and a little extra for the hours of work would probably make it $1400 at minimum. You can actually find a real cabinet for less than that in most cases lol.

Hey Dave, I’d love to sell these but making it happen at a reasonable amount would be difficult. That’s a big reason I don’t sell them. Parts alone would cost me around $900-1100 and it takes probably 8-10 hours to fully build one of these and prepare the software.

Hey Jordan, I assume you have the two player set up like mine, if so, a quick fix would be to press tab on your keyboard while the game is running, go to "Dip Switches" and change it from 4 player to 2 player, back out and reset the game. If it doesn't fix it, make sure your only controls that are mapped are for Player 1 and Player 2, not player 3 and 4. If you need more help, let me know.

It will run the first Time Crisis and it sort of runs Time Crisis 2 but there are some graphical glitches in TC2. I have yet to try the Sega emulator though so I can't say if it works there.

So right out of box, without any modifications, this PC will run tc1 properly? And which Sega emulator u referring to? Model 2, supermodel? Demul?

I think that’s the case with Tc2. But time crisis one seems fine to me. I’ve played through the first level and it did well. I plan to stream some light gun gameplay sometime next week. Ill probably show time crisis 1. I made no modifications to the PC, it’s as it came from Amazon.

Yeah. They’re working better than expected but for some reason, I can’t reload off screen. I basically I’ve to shoot exactly at the sensor bar right in the center for it to reload. It’s frustrating.

I actually just found that the PC I bought for Blitz does run MK4! I used MAME .209 amzn.to/2SECThf You should know there are weird graphic glitches with it though. It's not perfect. I might do a live stream or a video showing me playing MK4 on MAME on that PC soon.
