    Thanks, John. What material was the caul made of, please? When you first showed it, I thought paper, but realized it couldn't be. But my eyes are bad and I got no sense of the thickness or stiffness of the material. Nice video.

      this is corian anything that wont stick to glue. I used duco cement and clamped for 4 hr

    The buckling is from spray on wax over the years correct?

    You don’t put glue on the pickguard or guitar body and then clamp it ?

      this was a repair and yes I did work some glue under the loose area to glue this down. On older martins the pickguard was glued to the top before the guitar was finshed and with age they loosened. So this is a repair technique
