I just took access and love it. At the beginning when I read the book it was hard to understand. But when I took the one day course I could understand it better. I feel like in Catholic terms this is like getting ready of all bad entities that are around us.

Say I'm feeling anxious about death (common for me) do I say this statement every time the thought arises and eventually it will stop? I don't fully understand

Dain Heer, I'm confused about this sentence, explaining "shorts":
"So everything you've decided was meaningless that actually wasn't to you, it actually had meaning, will you now destroy and uncreate it, please?" Are we uncreating that which had meaning or the judgement/decision of something meaningful being meaningless? To me it seems weird to uncreate the meaningful stuff, but logically the sentence and command is pointing to "everything you've decided was meaningless". Grateful for clarification on this, so it is easier to say it with conviction. Thank you so much for offering this tool to us! :)

I literally came across the clearing statement yesterday and I said it a few times to make sure I was saying it properly. Within an hour I became exhausted so went to lie down for a bit and passed out for an hour. This never happens to me - when I woke up I felt more positive - I have a question....when should I say this statement and how often should I say the statement?

I took the access bars class and wow!! So impressive! So if I wanted to say get rid of anxiety, how would I word the clearing statement? Like this: Everything that made me claim this anxiety as my own, will you destroy and uncreate it all .....right wrong, good bad, etc.?? Is that correct?

I still don't really understand why boys and shorts are used 😅 I know its kind of been explained here but I still don't understand the connection of the explanation.
Words are powerful & I only use words that resonate with me during healing & ritual.
I did receive access healing last weekend which I'm truly grateful for and I'm feeling movement within me but I still feel like it's slowly clearing and not an immediate response

what if you didn't have to understand the words for it to work 😉 what if we actually slow things down when we try to understand them first? the clearing statement is meant to bypass the logical brain mechanism we tend to let override our life and living. How much fun and ease can you have with this?
I’m very interested in this application but I wish you could dum it down a bit. When you know what your talking about it’s easy to forget others don’t have a clue. That’s me. I have memorized the statement but no clue on how to apply it. It is probably just me. 💕🐺
How much fun could you have playing with it? Some ways to start are to ask a question like “what else is possible that I haven’t considered yet?” Around a situation that feels stuck. After you ask the question you can follow it with the clearing statement “anything that doesn’t allow that, right and wrong, good and bad, pod and poc, all 9, shorts, boys and beyonds.”
The basic idea is to clear out the energies around something. So, you don’t even have to ask a question first. If you notice that you’re in reaction to something, try running the clearing statement, or you can say “everything that keeps this in place, right and wrong, good and bad, pod and poc, all 9, shorts, boys, and beyonds”
Tell me how it goes! What if you can’t mess it up and you can even have fun exploring?!
