I would only change the wood floors and the bathroom tiles. Everything else is magnificent.
The house 🏡 is amazing.
Take the formal dining room, move the kitchen wall that way, increase the size of the pantry and use the rest of the formal dining as my Christmas closet.

Dallas loves those French Normandy inspired homes only city in America I’ve seen embrace this style. It’s a nice look and Dallas suburbs are very well planned out
Your homes are really nice. Please we want to clearly see the furniture which seldom properly film except You like simply zooming past them. Take a bit of time to properly film them too in our interest.

Looks like a typical spec house production home. Only “wow” comes from the size and design. Fixtures, appliances, moldings are what you will also find in 400k home.

Does this home comes with a POOL?
Good layout. Great size bedrooms. Designers have tried to give the house a modern look. But... For 1.5 million it is impossible to deliver modern Italian cuisine? Those crappy kitchen cabinets really ruin the look. I'm already silent about the pregnant hob - can't you make it in line with the rest of the kitchen? Wall-mounted shower head - no other options? Interior doors also do nothing to improve the look of the house.
That lobby is badly designed :-(
And the edge of the kitchen island doesn't line up :-( :-(
Wouldn’t move to Frisco Tx. Overpriced tract homes.Poor school system. Crime is growing everyday. This house is wayyyyyyy overpriced
Poor school system??? High Crime??? I don’t think you’ve done any real research. Frisco has some of the highest rated schools in the nation. It also has one of the best job markets. It’s been rated as one of the safest cities in America.

Don’t need to research I have lived in Frisco for way too long and have seen its demise
I think there are lot of people that would disagree with the statement that Frisco TX is in demise... Still one of the fastest growing cities in the country with top A rated schools, tons of high paying employment options, and very low crime rates.
