I use "V-RayMax Converter PRO" to convert from Corona to V-Ray and vice versa. I advise everyone. It converts more correctly than other and built-in converters. But its main advantage is that it can be used to batch convert multipli *.max and *.mat files, as well as from the command line. Also, with the help of this converter you can set up a scene for the workflow in the ACEScg color space with one button.
Very helpful tutorial...
Glad it was helpful!
