thanks for watching! Lucy took 2 months to put together!, we've been excited to share this with you all for 2 whole months! subscribe, like & comment! keeps us motivated to post more videos! What do YOU want to see next? comment below :)
Dearly love the episodes, every one. Served in Alaska 3 yrs with the USAF. I've driven in southern BC in the winter, so it's easy to feel you, working in those harsh, unforgiving conditions!! Really appreciate what you all do!!!
I drive for a family owned refuses business, we have a fleet of over 40 trucks. I love it when we add a "new" truck to the fleet. Most of the time we buy used and then recondition the truck. We have Amber "disco" lights on the trucks, some times it helps buts most motorist just don't care and fly right by us! Lucy is looking pretty sweet!
I’ve learned a great deal about lights and territories! Thanks! I love your wreckers and rollbacks. I lean more towards older trucks...I think they have more style, but newer trucks have some fancies, too! I love the General...way cool! I don’t write the old trucks OFF because they’re old! They still have use for someone and some things! I have a 51 REO wrecker now that my dad bought new as a semi truck and later converted into a wrecker. I’ve only known it as a wrecker...loved it as such...and it was the 1st truck I ever drove...at the age of 7! I’ve had that wrecker with the front wheels off the ground and have pulled anything I’ve ever attempted! Now that is sentimental in my book! I shall pass it down to my boys eventually. I have the fever, old truck fever! Thanks for ALL you guys do!!! Blessings from Ohio!
I actually just seen this truck on tv an searched for it here. Man that's a sweet ride!! I just ended a 5yr. Lease on a Kw an its also made by Paccar. I can say in my 33 yrs of driving it was the best riding truck I've ever run. You will love that truck. I guarantee it !!!
I am glad to see you back, Before you stepped back you were running like a clock with the mainspring a few turns to tight. Now you are a different more laidback guy. I remember the discussions you and your son would have over nothing... those would not happen today. Give him a hug and hello from me. Glad to see you back
Jamie, Beautiful truck, I first saw you on the Weather Channel Highway through Hell show and was very impressed by your operation and calmly you worked in recovering these seemingly impossible recoveries. Keep up the great work and may God Bless you and keep you all safe.
I think it is great taking the old trucks out and working them once in awhile but they will wear you out ! It's good to see you in new equipment Jamie , She looks like a really sweet ride !
Over 37,000 pounds empty ground weight. What an amazing tower! LAFD did a good job for a starter rig. Go Jamie. Can’t wait to see the repair. Tony Z says you are a world class Operation.
Very nice Jamie Gotta love LED lights especially when you are traveling into the different jurisdictions it basically save a lot of hassles not have the right light for that jurisdictions. And keeps the style simple and clean
Hope your coming back with NEW shows on TV, my wife and I enjoy watching, I had the pleasure of meeting you couple times in Edmonton, once when you had first came here, You were very friendly and took time to chat, my wife was upset I didn't have my phone to get photo of you. All the best,
Good to see you getting back into some new rigs, and she's a beaut. Al Quiring is wrong! Chrome makes everything look better. I know you love the old trucks, and so do I. You get them to perform some incredible feats purely through your extensive experience and knowing how to make them dance, but some of the jobs you tackle up there really need a more modern piece of equipment. You're a more viable option to customers when they know you have the equipment to get the job done. Your long haul recovery's will be a picnic now.
Beautiful truck. You deserve it. You’ve worked hard for it. I know it broke your heart to sell your rotator, but you soldiered on in restored / rebuilt old iron as you call it. Well done, all the beast, stay healthy.
Jamie wow a beautiful Rig Thanks Jamie let him roll Supper build more rooms fore your own goods Im so proud of your rig boss This big boss in the fleet Thanks My God bless you and wife kids GOD blessing you Jamie with this Rig of rescue From JP South Africa 🇿🇦
Can understand the thought about the new lighting and old lighting. I have a 1987 firetruck with the older lighting which is original to the truck and part of me wants to bring it to modern led lighting but also part of me wants to keep it all original too
Nice truck I did also do towing and recovery for 10 years. I was driving a paystar with a 290 Cummins engine. Later I rebuild as fit a 400 Cummins engine with 13 speed box. Nice combination . The job I liked best was the mud recovery in the rainy months. Then I used an old 6>
Love that you're about family. Iv often thought of towing in BC and you would be litterly the guy I'd love to learn more from. Towing get's in the blood and never leaves. Be well,be safe from Beardmore Ontario
LUCY is FANTASTIC looking ..... In & out ... She was definitely "WORTH THE WAIT" !!! I'm extremely impressed, Mr Davis ..... "Ride with Pride" :) Stay SAFE !! (Rick from Massachusetts, USA)
Love the shows, watched every episode back to back from the Cochcahalla?? to mine to the big expansion; the reduction. I love it and really fuelled my passion as a trucker!! Hell of a job guys, STAY SAFE!!
Got to say i love it. loved the rotators you had and collins heavy wrecker with the side pullers. but Rock on. cant wait to see it in action.. enjoy. its been hard earned.
Fantastic Truck Jamie ISX Cummins 605 HP way to go. I had ISX 600 HP in my 379 2002 Pete and it was sure nice to drive with the super Holding power on the Coquihalla could descend a couple gears faster than any other Engine.
Welcome to the fleet HR 130. This truck is identical to HR 126 which is also a Pete but HR 126 was a rebuild. In Season 2 JDMT had a nasty wreck on Highway 3 a mail truck hit a rock outcropping went through the median and landed in the creek. Adam, Jamie, Gord, and Bruce were on call and they pulled the vintage tractor out of the creek and towed it to Jamie's shop but when the post office did not pay the bills Jamie took it as collateral and the whole truck was taken apart and the cab and sleeper were rebuilt and painted red. The last thing Jamie did was he pulled the hitch off and installed it on Truck 37 and had the tractor towed long tow to Chattanooga and the wreckers body was installed and with that HR 126 was born. HR 126, 127, 128, 129, and 130 are used for long tows 128 is a tractor and 129 is a pickup. 126 is a Pete so is 130. 129 is a Chevy pickup fitted with a towing unit. 128 is a Volvo VNL 580 tractor and 127 is a Mack Anthem. 115 and 116 use to be here but Jamie sold those a long time ago HR 115 was sold to Mission Towing it went with Ken before he died to replace the Kenworth that Mission lost when their shop burnt down HR 116 was sold to Reliable Towing and it is still in use. HR 117 the old Western Star was sent to Illinois with the Rotator. As for the Rotator it was sent stateside and is in Illinois with HR 117 and is still in use with Bergs Towing but because of the pandemic both trucks ended up on the ZIPS auction block and are waiting for a buyer. Truck 44 is in the yard Jamie has stripped it for parts the wrecker will go on HR 50. He sold Army a long time ago and replaced it with 129, 62 was also sold, so was 64 and 66. 52 went to Tonks towing in the nearby town of Richmond HR 68 was sent to Ontario and moved to New York Valu Towing uses it and most recently is was on 401. He had another Pete in Season 1 but he sold it to United Towing it was last seen in Season 6. 54 was sold so was 55, 103, 45, and IR 105. This is the current fleet.
I like your show as it has lots of different actions. I have driven the Coquihalla in a motorhome in the summer time and it is a beautiful drive! I'm from Whidbey Island, WA.
In Missouri red blue & amber are allowd so are sirens in tow trucks but only when requested to expidite by the requesting agency like Missouri State Highway Patrol or other law enforcement agencies.
That sure is a beautiful truck. Love the multi color light option. She is no rotator but she sure is a head turner and if she works as well as she looks then "Lucy" HR-130 is the new fleet flagship and modern workhorse. Can't want to see her paired up with the old iron on a job. That is if new episodes of Highway Thru Hell ever air here in Tennessee on the Weather Channel.
I was just watching season 6 e4, Slippery Slope where Jamie took HR 126 to South Dakota and it was real cold, but was surprised when I noticed he didn't have winter front on . No wonder at nite his engine Temp was 100.degrees. Good show though, I drove a few Pete's just like that back and forth to LA.
Jamie and the gang is totally awesome on the shows just wish it was on more often. I think it's cool when the wife and kids join in on the fun. I think I would b to scared to do that job
thanks for watching! Lucy took 2 months to put together!, we've been excited to share this with you all for 2 whole months! subscribe, like & comment! keeps us motivated to post more videos!

Way way kool Mr Davis thanks for sharing
Going to be an interesting new season that's for sure .
It's a 30 Ton Century not a Holmes!
Update on Bruce's truck?
Why did the beautiful rotator go?
Dearly love the episodes, every one. Served in Alaska 3 yrs with the USAF. I've driven in southern BC in the winter, so it's easy to feel you, working in those harsh, unforgiving conditions!! Really appreciate what you all do!!!
Love the Show. As a Truck Driver for 23 Years I Appreciate all that You Guys do. Thank You

Nice truck. Can’t wait to see it in action. There is so much more to towing than we know. Thanks for teaching us.
I like the long strobe lights. Specially when you are working in snow and raining conditions.
Was great to watch, as much as I like the old skool lights. You have to think about being safe and seen.
Great looking Truck. Thanks for sharing Mr. Davis
Over 37,000 pounds empty ground weight. What an amazing tower! LAFD did a good job for a starter rig. Go Jamie. Can’t wait to see the repair. Tony Z says you are a world class Operation.
Very nice Jamie
Gotta love LED lights especially when you are traveling into the different jurisdictions it basically save a lot of hassles not have the right light for that jurisdictions. And keeps the style simple and clean
LED lites are awesome, they are shiny and Brighter yet use less power and some being smaller can have MORE.
Awesome truck, Jamie!! Excellent choice of a lighting package!! Best of luck with it!! Thanks for sharing!! See you for the next video!! Be safe!! 👍
The more lights the belter prevents some inattentive motorist from plowing into the truck when its on a job. Good Luck with the new Pete.
Love watching the show! My wife and I watch as often as possible. Stay safe
Beautiful Pete gud to c new truck in ur fleet. 👌👌👌👍
Hope your coming back with NEW shows on TV, my wife and I enjoy watching, I had the pleasure of meeting you couple times in Edmonton, once when you had first came here, You were very friendly and took time to chat, my wife was upset I didn't have my phone to get photo of you. All the best,
Glad to see you bought from Miller Industries in Chattanooga, TN. The original Holmes Wrecker. Chattanooga, my hometown!
Awesome rig Jamie and keep the videos coming. Love the show! With old rigs and new ones you have a great fleet.
My dad was a trucker, here in the USA, and a favorite joke of his was "Old truckers never die - they just get a new Peterbilt."
Not they don't.. they just down shift.. lol.. don't count out a good kenworth.. lol.
Lucy is a sharp looking machine. Wish you many safe miles.
👍👍
