Constitution In the present form as it is says reserve seats will be given to the ratio of political parties representing in the national assembly. Either costitution be ammended for the new arisen situation otherwise it would be again re writting of costitution.

Dude, you to need learn about the concept of sprit of the law and letter of the law, then you would understand the difference between constitutional and technical lenses. Want an example… spirit and letter of supreme constitutional law says than election must be held within 60days after an assembly is dissolved but for nefarious purposes we get technical that election commission does not have the money to do so and executive has the authority to transfer funds. Now that is technicality to subvert constitution and its spirit.
