Me: My family is from Taiwan
Her: Oh that's great. I love Pad Thai!
    Me: *blink blink* (pause). Anyway....

I live in Kotzebue, Alaska, 30 miles above the Arctic Circle. Our population is 3200. We have 5 Asian restaurants. They're the best. People can't wait to eat at our restaurants when they come to town. They even have food shipped to Anchorage on the jet! Anchorage is a city with a giant Asian population with LOTS of restaurants. I've never had Asian food as good as ours.

@@sbakernyc5761 I’ve traveled quite a bit. So have most people here. People order food from Kotzebue, all over the state.

@@KathyWardDollmaker lol you clearly haven't traveled that much if you think Anchorage has the best Asian food

@@sbakernyc5761 I didn’t say Anchorage does. I said Kotzebue does. Also, why does it matter so much to you?

@KathyWardDollmaker lol I'm sorry I misread your statement...it actually makes less sense now. How can you possibly think a tiny town near the Artic Circle would be among the top destinations for Asian food? Food is absurdly expensive in the Artic region of Alaska. A $5 pack of Oreos in NYC goes for $20 in your town. Besides the insanely high cost of food, the limited population also means there's less variety/choice of produce. Logically speaking, hoe could a place where there's less choice and more expensive ingredients ever have elite level cuisine?

This message's intention is purely PEACE and LOVE.
Eddie said that he has IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). If he added some some vegetarian food this would help him a lot. I have tried to reach out to him but he hasn't replied. If anyone know how to get in touch with him please send him this message. He is also talking about compassion. I am surprised he doesn't represent the Vegetarian palate more.
Remember I respect and love Eddie. "Peace and Love, Peace and Love - Ringo Starr"
