People can't wait to eat at our restaurants when they come to town. They even have food shipped to Anchorage on the jet! Anchorage is a city with a giant Asian population with LOTS of restaurants. I've never had Asian food as good as ours.

Logically speaking, hoe could a place where there's less choice and more expensive ingredients ever have elite level cuisine?
