Indeed, Man on Fire is the best movie of Denzel. Period.. I watched that movie more than 6 times at least. I love the fact that she matured to be a beautiful accomplished woman and Denzel a grandpa still doing great. That's the beauty of life.

Pamela Smith maybe a lot would agree with you. Denzel is more a favourite than a great actor. I like him and a lot of his movies. He has screen presence and charm. But he is not in the same category as fine actors like Gary Oldman, Dustin Hoffman, Robert DeNiro. So no not a truckload, but certainly a glove box full.

Great moment, this movie shows everyone how much life is precious and how different people live in different cultures in lifestyles, this movie gave me chills and reminded me that it’s still good people out there. This movie is a masterpiece, thank you Denzel Washington, and all the cast members for making this movie.
It's cool that Denzel still remembers "Creasy Bear" after all of these years and after all of the other movies he's done since then. We all remember it, but for someone like him it was like one little detail about one movie in a long list of movies he has done.

yes they have, BUT that bond, that connection is STILL there... its a perfect paring when you dont feel they are acting knowing they are, and that applies to the ENTIRE cast. Man on Fire, Heat, Ronin, Once Upon a Time in America, Training Day are all equal favs in this genre of movie, each standing on their own merit -- watched them so much i feel like i know the dialog by heart....🙂

I am really happy to see Dakota and Denzel in one movie again. I really loved Man On Fire where this protective father like figure did what he could to save this young girl from the Cartel and this young girl also saved the Bodyguard from killing himself.
Dakota Fanning was literally born a legendary professional actress. So poise, intelligent, and mature at such a young age. Her being only a year my elder, she inspired me a lot while growing up over the years.
Love that fact that Antoine mentioned Richard Wenk. He is a very talented Writer-Director who made Vamp, great horror film! Shame he does not direct, very talented.
