Holy moly girlfriend that's amazing 🤩 mommy makeover will be coming down the road as well. But first I need to create the problem 😜 I was wanting to create either a channel or just an IG to follow the journey but with this channel and my reselling IG as well as actual eBay I didn't think I'd have the capacity to keep up 🫠 I know there is a need for community though ❤️
I’m amazed at how the insurance companies will gladly pay for medications like blood pressure cholesterol diabetes but to pay for a medication that will get people healthier it’s a battle - the out of pocket is ridiculous- sometimes it feels like they want you to be sick all the time just to keep big pharmaceutical companies in the money. Keep up the good work! I too am on a lifelong battle with my weight - it’s a work in progress and it needs constant love and attention. Always be present and mindfull with your goals and you’ll do great!
Thanks for such a great video ! I noticed in the last month or so that you were looking trimmer and healthier! But I didn’t want to post a comment about it because it is a very private journey to take. Congratulations, you look amazing. Keep up the great work!
Jennifer, thank you for being so transparent about your journey. I went to Tijuana with my sister 3 years ago for this surgery. I may be considering it myself soon. The way I see it is if it keeps me from knee surgery, heart surgery, etc., down the road, then the risk is worth it! You look amazing!
That's fantastic! Congratulations on your weight loss journey! 😊 I'm 62 years old, and I've been struggling with my weight since I was 12. I've tried everything-exercise, fasting, Weight Watchers (where I actually gained 5 pounds), shakes, Nutrisystem, pills, you name it. Last January, my husband and I had COVID/pneumonia, and while he lost 20 pounds, I didn’t lose a single pound. Now, I'm trying Wegovy and have lost 20 pounds since April. I completely agree with you that obesity is a disease, though sadly, our healthcare system doesn't recognize it as such. It’s costly, and I was denied coverage four times because I didn't meet their criteria-ridiculous, if you ask me!
I feel this deep in my core!!!! I'm so glad you found something that helps! Hopefully you can continue to get it covered and keep seeing these results!
You go girl . Great video . What I got out of this is take care of your health and risk factors and do your research . You did a great job of representing the journey of obesity . Thank you for the great content .
You look fabulous! I had to sleeve in 2019! Overall it was a wonderful experience! I have gained a little back but not where i was! Keep going! You look amazing! !!
OMG!!! You look great!! ❤❤❤ I just hit my 45 pound mark this am!!! Well 45.6 lol. Gotta add that .6 for sure!! lol. Last October I was diagnosed with fatty liver disease and borderline diabetic. I knew I was turning 50 this year and I knew I had to get ahold of it. I have a teenager that is special needs and I knew I had to be around for her. I grew up with no mother and I didn’t want that to happen to her. So I started this year too. I did in January and lost 10 right away then it just stopped. I was always tired and I quit UA-cam this year bc I was so tired. Anyhow I came back and I look at my old videos and I’m like oh my God I didn’t even realize how bad I was till I wasn’t like that. If that makes sense. You are amazing to share what you did to loose. Most people are afraid to be judged. I’m thinking about making a video also to share what I have done since this video inspired me to be honest and vulnerable! Love watching your channel. I never comment: I’m a silent watcher lol. Great job!!! Proud of you. I totally get it!! 😊
Congrats to you on your loss as well!!! Definitely count that .6!! I totally get not recognizing how we looked before. I ask my husband why he didn't tell me I looked like that 😂 but he just says he loved me no matter what blah blah 😜 but I totally get it. Thanks so much for watching and supporting even as a silent watcher 🥰
Fantastic!!! Congratulations to you. I had a friend do the sleeve and she lost a lot of weight. I have finally after decades started the journey, 36 pounds lost in 2 months on 1980's Weight Watchers, the start of what will be a 2 year journey to desired weight so the last part of my life will be more livable. Wishing you continued success.
Congrats Jen, you look fantastic! 💗 Thanks for sharing your story! I certainly relate to life long weight issues. I got the sleeve done in 2012, and it definitely was a life changer. 🤗
I'm sorry for your loss. Congratulations on your progress, and success! You look amazing and so happy!! You are an amazing mom. I'm very happy for you! 🙏🎉
Awesome story also watching you slim down motivated me to try yet again. Great job on your end and thank you for being a motivation intentional or not.
I love this content! We love you Jennifer, your personality, your success, a huge congratulations to you and your family (and you live in the best state too lol)
You absolutely did not owe us any kind of explanation, but I do appreciate your honesty! Everyone s journey is different. Thank you for sharing yours! Ok. Back to reselling. Do you ever update your BOLO list?
Appriciate that. So the bolo list is pretty solid and reliable since those items are consistent sellers. I may release a 2.0 down the road for maybe more experienced sellers 😉 thanks for the tip!
I'm so happy for you and glad you shared your story as it's inspiring. I know what you mean about the cost of GLPs as I'm diabetic and had to move to this medication as nothing else was working any longer. Funny thing is I had lost 30 pounds prior to starting GLPs due to diet/exercise changes so didn't lose much weight once started medication. I've stabilized my weight at new level, which is nice as I've slipped back into old habits on eating and way less exercise.....hoping that given I've been at this weight for over a year, I'm hoping when I change diet/exercise again, I'll be able to lose another 30 pounds to reach goal weight.
I had sleeve gastric surgery in 2020 and lost a total of 9 pounds. I did everything right but it just didn’t work for me. I’ve been very discouraged and have pushed myself to lose 43 pounds on my own. Hooray for you and everyone who has success!
That's so crazy!! I have heard it doesn't work for everyone I'm sorry you were one of them. Way to go on the 45 pounds on your own!!! Not an easy task!!!
Congrats on your weight loss, Jennifer! I thought you looked like you were losing weight, but didn't want to ask, lol. Many of my friends have had some type of procedure, I don't think there is a stigma about it anymore. All the best to you!
Im happy for you . My Dad went to México and had the surgery along with my mom and sister .. my Dad died . So be very careful my sister has had múltiple health problems sense they are unable to remove her band my mother had hers removed long term health problems and she passed away also .
Wow I am so sorry to hear that!!! Luckily this isn't the lap band and thank God they don't do that surgery much anymore due to complications. So awful you had to go through that. So sorry for your loss!!!
Congrats! You look good. I'm 4 months out from surgery and the hair loss is insane. But how are you getting that much protein? Like what foods do you eat?
Congratulations ! You look awesome ! I've struggled with weight since puberty. I was going to do the gastric sleeve but I didn't think it would stop my brain. I tried Ozempic and it did stop the brain noise but it made me unable to function as a human. I may see if I can get a smaller dose and try again. ...... Isn't that ridiculous that you're not fat enough to be less fat.. It's the insurance companies because they don't want to pay for it... My daughter was exactly like me she was normal until puberty and then it just went steadily uphill. She is on Glp1 and has lost about 20 pounds. Her main side effect is intolerance to beef. Folks need to do whatever it takes and don't listen to the haters.
I can't believe I did it!! Only surgery I ever had was C-sections. And only one of them was I put under. So I was a nervous wreck!!! I knew I was in good hands and recovery was a breeze!!
People assuming that places like Mexico doesn't have smart or rep healthcare facilities is what us wrong with this country and what the push for the hatred does. America assuming we are the best and only the best is the downfall as to why these healthcare facilities and providers make big money because they help put out the "dangers" of going to Mexico, China, S. Korea, India, etc. When reality the danger is probably equal to what America offers. Just recently a Americans hospital lost a body...didn't tell family that they had the body -deceased. Another American hospital lost part of a scalp that needed to be replaced after brain swelling went down. These are stories that we know about. ::not a knock to America facilities..I'm a nurse, working in a hospital...I just know we are not perfect:: But anyways...congrats to you on your journey and happy almost 40! I wish you continued success...you should be proud!!
I had better care in MX than I have ever had or seen here in the US. Yes we may have higher expectations of the hospital here but they fail way more often than they should. Over worked and over populated causes the US system to mess up!! Big time!!! Man if I had the choice I'd go to MX hospitals any chance I could! The Dr I chose actually trained Dr's in California his technique with this procedure that has helped recovery and risks down the road. So I agree, there is a stigma and there shouldn't be!!! Thank you for the support ❤️
Zero BMI requirements!! Some people just feel healthier at a smaller weight even though they weren't so big to start out at. It's a personal choice. As for the price reach out to them. They base it based on how much risk that you are. So if you are a higher BMI or you have other health issues your price may be a little higher than somebody with a lower BMI and less risk. So they ask us not to share the price publicly. But I'll tell you it was a fraction of what it would have been in the US.

I had gastric bypass in 2015 I was 347 pounds and I weigh 110 now and also had a mommy make over skin removal in 2017!! Good for you!!
You should have started a channel on your whole journey I always wanted to do that
