    Very great explaination, but I think you need to change the timestamp name at 6:20 from "PROMISES ARE ALWAYS SYNCHRONOUS" to "PROMISES ARE ALWAYS ASYNCHRONOUS". As you mentioned that Promises are only ASYNCHRONOUS in the video tutorial, please change the Timestamp name.

    promise = asynchronous
    observable = synchronous (we can make it asynchronous)
