There are 4 different posts H post for middle C posts for end 45° post for corner 90° post for corner We don't use C post in the middle but if you don't have a H post for middle you can screw two C post to make a H post. H posts is two C posts welded in factory. Regards

Ideally, should you contact the storm water pipes or pit. But if there is not any close you can just leave it open to a garden.

Yes, correct. Also you can use 75mm screws to level all sleepers.

Yes, it's cheaper than blocks.

In Australia I bought from Bunnings, but in Canada you can find it online or look to steel factory or steel post suppliers.
why u dont use the concrete?
The concrete sleepers will cost more than timber sleepers and also client likes to match with existing timber retaining wall on top.
