Bomb Squad | Korea Explosive Ordnance Disposal

Marine and Soldier Explosive Ordnance Disposal technicians participate in Korea EOD exercise May 2016. During the exercise, the service members performed various render safe procedures for unexploded ordnances. 718th EOD Company, 23rd Chemical Battalion, 2nd Infantry Division. Marines are with 3rd EOD Company, 9th Engineer Support Battalion, III Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.

Lol, I'm posted on Yongsan USAG for the last two years, kinda cool to see Korea mentioned! They should do a JSA episode, even though the army does the main security there, I'm sure the Marines are there too.

Brings back so many memories of OIFx1 03.. E.O.D. techs were some of the most professional, cocky, intelligent, bravest Marines I ever worked with. One got a bronze star for dissembling a 500lb IED... true story!
