Hello, I have the VOLTRONIC AXPERT VM IV 5.6KW 48V INVERTER connected to a 7000W GENERGY MULHACEN SOL generator and configured in this inverter the values 01=USB and 16=SNU, with solar it works perfectly, but if I start the generator, it detects it on the screen (it is configured at 50hz) but it does not input that energy to the house or to the battery. The values appear in the visual box but the loading arrows do not appear. I have also tried with 02=SUB restarting the inverter but it doesn't pick up from the generator either. I have only managed to get it to pick up power if I restart the inverter with the generator running, in that case the arrow indicating that power is coming in appears, but if I turn off the generator and turn it on again, it stops doing so. What can be? Thank you
in another video the inverter issue has been resolved (the video where you wake up the litium) so what was the issue on the inverter? how was it resolved?

Hi I just bought the same inverter but the supplyer on alibaba told me that is not original but a cloned one she said they is the same as original 😮

In the 1st video, the screen was the problem of the inverter. The 2nd video client drained his battery dead

It is not battery BMS problem in this inverter Hardware issue if you are technician i can help you resolve this issue .
