  • Over the last two years, I've learned one very important lesson that has completely changed how I approach life. If it weren't for learning, and more importantly embracing, this one thing - my life would be much different than it is now.
It's not always super obvious, but I think by calling attention to it, it might just change the way you approach your days as well.

01:46. From here on out things will always be inconvenient.
02:52. There will never be a "right time" to start your business.
04:04. Not a good time? Do it anyway!
04:46. I just traveled 24 hours with a 2-year-old. I have some perspective on "convenience".

Hey Sean. I started 'living life' 40 years ago when as a jr in high school I went to live with my parents and younger brother in Viet Nam. Yup. During the war. After that experience, I became confident in myself to go 'do stuff.' Since then I've lived, worked, and traveled all over the world. It has never been convenient. It will always take a conscious decision of your will to live your life fully. Well done. Keep it going.

As ever...usually...awesomely, too...good video. I actually started yesterday and refuse to quit. Because...We live our lives with order when going to school, work, etc., and then, when we are finally living outside that box, we do not know how things can get or be which can cause us to tuck tail and run. Like the ocean, life can shove crazy, horrendous, tumultuous waves in at us from every direction but, eventually, the flow always slows or subsides for a while. When we learn to remember that, to live each day knowing we are no longer protected from waves, we can prepare by having our mental and personal flotation devices ready.
