Thank you for the recommendation! Definitely sounds like something I’d be interested in. When I’m in stressful situations, I try to think to myself whether the situation is something I will be thinking about in the future. Often times, it’s only something that is stressful temporarily so it’s not worth the mental space to stress out too much about the small things.
@@mandateeeThat's a good practice. Also helps writing about the stressful thing... there's something about putting it on paper that helps see it differently.

@@magueysunset Oh definitely agree with that! It allows us to view things a little more objectively when you see it written down
