William Li, you inspire me so much. Right now I am very confused about many future choices, but after seeing you on the Shen Yun stage, I was very surprised and admired your talent. When you perform, I feel like you are a miniature stage with just your expressions and movements. In that moment I thought that character was you, and I realized that I often try to create a perfect self in my expectation, but the truth is that I need to be myself first, so that every moment of life can be filled with joy and happiness. Thank you very much.
Thank you for another great and fun video! There is an easy way to know which knife and fork go with what course when you're at some formal event: knives and forks are laid down in the order they will be used from the furthest from your plate to the closest to your plate. The outermost on both sides of your plate are for the first course, the closest to your plate are for the last course. If there is a sorbet course to clean your palate in between the meals (say it was fish starter and then meat main course) the sorbet would be served on its own spoon and so there won't be any cutlery for this interim course. When tea and coffee are served, the spoon on a saucer is to stir sugar in your cup.
Growing up I was told never to slurp noodles but then again I’m Korean so maybe something different among countries/region. Also what I found surprising was that I was told in China you are supposed to leave some food and never finish the food when you are invited to someone’s home or dining outside. That tells that the guest is still hungry and some may take that as an insult for poor hospitality… Or maybe I’m wrong. I’m still learning many complicated Chinese ways
Growing up Chinese, I always had the impression that slurping shows that you're down-to-earth. You're not supposed to do it at upscale restaurants, or in a professional setting, or generally in front of anyone you're trying to impress. But if you're eating at home or at a hole-in-the-wall noodle shop, slurping gives friendly, approachable, down-to-earth vibes, and yes, it shows they're enjoying the food. Also, you're always supposed to slurp your birthday noodles because it's bad luck if you break them.
Hello 3..... or 2 Musceteers 😄 In Greece we share only the salat, in the middle of the table. And the fish at the restaurants and home are whole!! Thank you for your videos are very good and funny!!!🙏
I don't like the idea of eating fish eyes...mainly because I don't like food that stares back at me. That said, here in Yorkshire (England) I have eaten pig bag (stomach), beast(cow) heart and tripe, so we're a frugal lot too.

In Japan also, Japanese people look weridly Koreans eat noodles silently. They eat noodle slurping.
That beef noodle soup does look very tasty!! 😋

im suprised people from the west need so many for different stuff, it's easier having one for all, except the soup, we have spoons for soup
