you hair seems to be growing back in that patch nicely. I love Shea Moisture products...specifically the clarifying shampoo...which I can't find anymore...ugh. I recently purchased some bumble and bumble shampoo and conditioner for moisturization...i hope it works on my type hair. I don't use hair gels either except for Jam...it's thicker and more smoothing. I use a lot of co-wash products to cut down on the sulfates in shampoos
It's wash and go season! Lol it's the season to pull out the big bottle of gel to get those luscious spiral curls. Then you lay your edges with the edge gel. Shea Moisture used to be free of all silicones and junk chemicals. This is unfortunately what happens when small brands get swallowed up by conglomerates. They change the ingredients to cheaper junk😢.
So true. Unfortunately it seem to be happening to all the ground breaking Black Owned hair brands from Shea Moisture, Carol’s Daughter and Mielle as recent examples. Big conglomerates take them over ( remove the competition) pay the founders a few million to keep them happy and silent. Then take the products, mess up the formulas so they no longer work really well for textured hair. But makes them more useable for “all” hair. Thankfully, there are plenty of new companies coming through that are keeping their original formulas. As much as i hate that side of business, I’m also really pleased for the original founders/ creators who have secured financial wealth. And there is nothing stopping them from creating another brand. Unless that was signed into the contract that couldn’t create competing products. That’s a possibility.
❤❤❤
Thanks for the video! I enjoy using Shey Moisture on my hair!
Yes the younger female generation KNOW how to care for their hair!

Hi Sandra, not the best box this month, that’s mainly because of the 2 hairgel it’s to bad that there wasn’t a shampoo in the box
