International Women in Engineering Day is celebrated across the group. Here we hear from our female engineers who reviewed past issues of 'The Woman Engineer', dating from 1919. From this, our colleagues provided their reflections on the challenges of women who became engineers while men were at war, and how their experiences and successes have contributed to their STEM path and chosen career with BMT.
