Umm Luffy didn't use Ryou nor advanced conquerors on that last punch, he used basic armament the entire fight. That glowing thing is just an effect to show how fast Luffy landed that punch, almost as if his fist caught fire. And I'm a manga reader too so I can confidently say he didn't use any advanced forms of haki
when kaku first showed up , i thought that his personality got better and he became more light hearted when talking with like stussy and lucci but that front flip onto sentomarus body right after running that whole time just pissed me off went from enjoying seeing him to quickly just hating him
