Is it possible to feel physically sick after one if an attachment was removed? I did a cleansing and didn't do one in a while and the same night became sick to my stomach for almost three days. Never had that happen to be me before

So I started to work a new job and my boss was practicing voodoo. I was in a position where I'd been struggling for the past year I would do anything to get ahead. So he asked me to go to the cemetery and collect some dirt leaving 9 pennies at 9 different separate areas. After completing this mission well during this Mission I noticed myself getting sick upper respiratory it's now lasted 7 weeks. I was also asked to distribute some dirt that had a spell on it to stop a few businesses from surpassing our business. By sprinkling the dirt along the outside and inside of the business. I'm finding myself stuck depressed and ill. After watching UA-cam videos I may not have done all of the things required in retrieving graveyard dirt. Could I have brought a spirit home for what do I do at this point
I use these ingredients sea salt, lavender Epsom salt n Florida water, but I don't use that much I was told just put a few drops in your water I also mop my kitchen n bathroom floor witn a couple drops of Florida water as well. Hope it help

Does that mean put my head upside and wash downward or does that just mean I can sit upright I just need to pour the water on my head and rub down like direction from the top of my head towards my chin or the back of my neck?
