The Torbay Riviera Pullman

On Monday 1st April 2024 the first railtour to visit Devon in 2024 was The Midland Pullman and she made a routine stop at Torquay as part of the IZ43 05:51 Hull to Paignton service. She was hauled by 43055 with 43049 (Nevile Hill) at the rear. The striking and distinctive blue colour attracted a small crowd on the station and over bridge as she waited at the station for around 6 mins or so before departing to Paignton. The return journey to Hull was a little later that afternoon.
