I played this game for the first time last night. We all enjoyed it! One question we all had was if your glazier is on the tile board on the right-most position and you clear it, do you automatically move it back to the left-most tile board or must you use your next turn to do so. I didn’t see this covered in the video and we were all playing it as using one’s turn to move back once again.
Thanks for the detailed tutorial. I feel ready to play once I receive the game that I’ve ordered. Looks like re-playability is good with this game, especially with removable strips and A and B sides. Looks more interesting than the original Azul.
Hi James, thank you for leaving comment! So glad to hear that you're ready do play after this video. AH yes, I think so, lots of decision making, heavier than original Azul, but also replayable, we think. Thank you for leaving us the comments. Have a great day!
Hi Meeple University Community :). Our channel needs more subscribers so it would be awesome if you could show your support by both watching our videos and subscribing to our channel if you haven't already done so :). Doing that will allow us monetize our contents, to invest back into the channel with new equipment and our time, so a small gesture from you goes a huge way for us. Many thanks for your support!
Thanks for this video I might get this one. My family loved original Azul, this one is a little scary with all the things we need to keep track lol. Should I get this or Summer Pavilion?
For family if you want easier and gentler game, maybe Summer Pavilion? Less punishing if you left behind with tiles at the end of the round 😁. We have how to play video for that one too, if you want to see how that one plays
@@MeepleUniversity one last question :) what if the LAST line completed 2nd time... where the marker goes ? 1 back ( or nearest not completed line) ? or to the begining?? :)
What happens if a player is negative 18 points on the negative track points, but has less than 18 points. Do they stop at 0 points or go negative past 0 points on the board?
Best rules video I've seen for this game. Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for the comments, and watching! Enjoy the game :)
I am a lazy instructions reader and this video was a godsend
Haha you're fine. Glad we helped😂🙏
Wonderful instructions! We read the rule book, and gave up. You made the game fun and not collecting dust on a shelf!
Awwww thats awesome, we're glad you get to play the game. Thanks so much for letting us know 🙏🙂

Marc, yes you would still need to expend a turn to move the glazier back to the left.
Just got this from my local lgs.. it looks like an interesting game. Stained glass could be the problem child in the Azul family.
Hahaha. Have un playing
@@MeepleUniversity I will! 😃

Do you get the points on the bottom for completing one side of the strip or only if you complete both sides and remove the strip?
You score it twice, once the first time, then again when you complete the flipped side.
u forgot to explain advance (difficulties) distinguishing the colors of the pane pieces. how to play with other side of the factories??
Ah sorry we just want to show quickly how to get started with the basic one
@@MeepleUniversity will u have in plans to explain these and othere azul advanced rules ? ( all of them have advanced ) :)
@@Audrius9Ro Hmmm not yet, sorry

Azul stained glass how to score

It's not mentioned in the rule book, but according to a representative of the publisher a player's score cannot go below zero.
@@MeepleUniversity thank you!
