To be honest I have been using this phone for 2 months , and the performance is okay but the network connectivity issues are occurring now. Device is lagging sometimes, some of my friends are saying this is a motherboard issue but there's no problem as it has a 2 year warranty but video quality and gaming performance is nice. Don't comment on my English if I am wrong, I am learning it. I hope this will be helpful.

One of the biggest issues with this phone is the small battery. they should have given a 7000mah battery like the samsung m51 but instead they gave a crappy 4500mah, all that screen, sound and processor will drain that battery like nothing. i have the samsung m51 and i can game at full load for a whole day or even 2 days without having to worry about charging. moderate to low usage it can last for atleast 5-7 days. As a gamer i would much rather have a long lasting battery than having a fast charging one.
you only got 25w charger and this phone having 67w charging. dont misguide people its an amazing phone although i am using this phone and processor and battery optimizations are good.

The phone was under warranty and as per the experts of service center the motherboard or chipset was useless and they could not do any thing except giving me an another new phone,,,,Ahhhh wait , they gave me redmi note 10 pro instead which was actually not of my need ... So be careful before buying a poco phone, software is extremely choppy cause i used to own poco x3 poco x3 pro and both are just useless after an year .. That was my experience. No hate towards brand or phone.
