My heart is set on moving to San Antonio this year. I’ve been saving and preparing for the move. But after hearing that on May 11 the border will be open and there are hundreds of thousands ready to cross into Texas. I’m concerned for my safety. Any advice? 😮
Hey there, I would suggest this, Control the things that you are able to control, don't over-stress about the things that you cannot. You can always control things like your home security, your knowledge and proficiency of self defense, and self awareness about your surroundings, or the area you decide to move to. The other half to this as well, is always consider the source of the information you are getting. Keep in mind that more often than not, news outlets generate lots of buzz around topics even when the information isn't always accurate. Hopefully this more or less answers your question. Take care, be safe, and we look forward to helping you with your move to SA, should you decide to move.
You'll be fine in San Antonio it's literally about a 4.5 to 5-hour drive from the border towns. Don't put these poor folks trying to better their lives with immediate concern for your safety. Theirs is a question of chasing the American dream and seeking refuge in a land of opportunity where there is literally none or true fear of danger due to extreme poverty, or corrupt governments that don't serve their citizen base human needs. The move to San Antonio does not equate to the plight of south american and central american refugees.
@@soniahoranzy1578 My question was for the creator of the video. I understand people want to come to the country to better their lives but not everybody has good intentions keep that in mind.

Hey there Thanks for the support. Yes, there are a couple in town. There's at least 1 or two on the north west side in particular. Shoot us a text, or an email, we would love to help you with that transition from Houston! Take care 830-268-8680 team@alamocityliving.net
Question for you all, do you have any opinions on st Hedwig tx for renting? My wife and I are moving from Boston but want to hold off purchasing a new home u til she is done with school and saw a few affordable areas there. Any info is appreciated!
Hey there, to be honest We haven't had a whole lot of requests for info on St. Hedwig. It's a more rural area, so not sure what your options would be looking like for rent. That said, most of the time rent is going to be higher than your mortgage payment would for the same home. In lots of cases you end up losing more money in the long run. But that said, we would be happy to talk with you guys about your situation and help you sift through that. Shoot us a text/give us a call or email us! 830-268-8680 team@alamocityliving.net
