INGREDIENTS:
For Sugar Syrup:
* Water(पानी) - 1 Cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 2 Cup/400 grams
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची) - 2-3
For Pudding
* Full Cream Milk(फुल क्रीम दूध) - 2 Cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 4 Tbsp
* Full Cream Milk(फुल क्रीम दूध) - 1 Cup
* Cornflour/Arrowroot(कॉर्नफ्लोर/अरारोट) - 2.5-3 Tbsp
* Fresh Milk Cream(मलाई) - 3/4 Cup
* Rusk/Toast (रस्क/तोष)
For Garnishing:
* Ghee(घी) - 1/2 Tsp
* Cashew Nuts(काजू)
* Almonds(बादाम)
* Pistachio(पिस्ता)
* Silver Verk(सिल्वर वर्क)
* Cherry(चेरी)
RECIPE:
For Sugar Syrup,put Sugar & Water in a pan then put some crushed Cardamom. Cook it till it becomes sticky.
For Cornflour Milk, Take some Milk, add Corn Flour or Custard Powder in it and mix it well.
For Pudding, Keep a pan on the flame, put Milk, some Sugar & boil it. When it starts boiling put Cornflor Milk Mixture and stir it continuousely. Cook it till it turns thick on slow flame as shown in the video. Put some Fresh Cream and mix it well with using a whisker. In a tary/bowl, put some Rusks, put some Sugar Syrup, some Mixture on it. Again place the rusk on it, some Sugar Syrup and Mixture on it and tap it 3-4 times. Cover it with clean wrap and keep it in the fridge for cooling down. Garnish it with chopped & roasted Almonds and Cashew, some Silver Verk, Pistachio and Cherry. Keep the Pudding in fridge for 3-4 hours & serve it. In this way, homemade Rajbhog Pudding will get ready easily.
