Yassa POISSON Et VERMICELLE | Fish YASSA & VERMICELLE

Ingredients:
Tilapia(any amount), mustard, fish seasoning, 8 cups chopped onions, 1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, 1 orange bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1/2 cup sliced green olives, 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1-2 habanero peppers, 2 cups vegetable oil, 2 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp black pepper, 2 bouillon cubes, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp brown sugar, 2-3 bay leaves, 1 tbsp soy sauce salt (to taste), 1/2 cup chopped parsley (mostly for garnish) , 2 packs Vermicelli noodles, 1 cup vegetable oil, 1 tsp yellow food color, salt to taste
