I really like this movie and agree with your assessment of it. It paints a picture of a very caring man who treats the deceased with all the respect and dignity that he can gather in their behalf. The viewer can sense his empathetic desire to handle these delicate matters in the same sensitive way he would want them handled in his behalf. It's a poignant application of the 'Golden Rule', (treating others the way you would like to be treated), as viewed from this kind and humble man's unique perspective. (It's an odd and quirky kind of movie, and that's part of the attraction for me.)

I totally agree with you, this movie had me questioning everything. The end left me with a sad and still reliefed feeling, which I really needed. The sudden scences in this movie were just amazing.

This sounds like a very good movie for my family because life is very strange in an appeling way

Watch "a certain type of death" a real life look at los Angeles county, doing the same thing.
