- Today, on this lovely sunny day, we came to help our friend out with some garden work. Shugyo in everything.
Gardening is of course one of the lovely practices of mindfulness in this world, fully aware that we are pruning plants.
It does Halloumi very good to be around more cats and goats and other farm animals more often as she still carries some trauma inside herself from her childhood.
We very much still miss you dear @cnliziqi! The mindfulness and tranquility of your videos is something we truly need more of in this world. We hope you come back to us soon dear Liziqi!
