I got a gx9 last year thinking it'd be a good companion to my g9ii. i think it's the tech advancement, but being new to cameras I never liked the gx9. replaced with the s9 and it's incredible. the edc i had hoped the gx9 would be, but more.

What lens did you use in the samples that you are showing here ? Nice rendering. Btw S9 is the first hybrid camera that really makes me shoot video and I am 90% photo guy. I just can't find any LUT for photos, the ones that I create are also bad because all those photo based luts operate on jpgs so it's pretty limiting and they create mess in images. I guess nothing beats Fuji for SOOC photo.
@@MrRafalEn yeah the LUT creator is something of a learning curve! What I do is take a base photo no LUT tweak to a 709 then take that 709 and tweak again to create a Look. But yes I understand , you get some messed up looks when you start out. I used the Helios 44-4M for the sample images. Thank you for watching! 💛
@@GrainOnTheGo it’s small !! 😋 the almost ultimate dad cam , have it on me all day ! I haven’t taken a single photo or video on my iPhone since getting it it’s now been almost 2 months, I had a preproduction model to test curtesy of my buddy.
I think I know where you’re coming from. I’m gladly trading these for the form factor and my use is generally spontaneous, catching something in the moment.(light,action.. etc..) I very rarely go out with the thought I’m gonna go and take photos/videos. The camera is replacing my iPhone, this is a carry all day everywhere type device . I carry it stripped down and paired it with a tiny 35mm 7artisants f1.4 II full frame. The combo is 👨🍳’s kiss!! Fits in my bum bag !!
