You should invest in more cameras so you can get every angle covered instead of having to continually pan back and forth with a single hand held.
Have one set up for with a wide angle shot to get everything. Have one at the base of the show pointing straight up. Also your hand held to get your pov.
Maybe also a drone to get a bird's eye shot.
Especially if you are going to be doing these subscriber events with hundreds of fireworks you really need more/ better coverage.

I far prefer Cody's videos to displayfireworks. Joel Robinson is fun but the great thing about Cody is he is relatable to the average enthusiast. When someone is using $10K in cobra modules plus $20K (retail prices) of fireworks thats a bit out of reach for most of us. I do wish someone would make some vids using a cheap firing system vs the cobra. You have to be very committed and make a big investment to afford a cobra.
I shoot with a cheaper one.. Phoenix...I'm not familiar with the Cobra at all..except from watching various vids..good point about the other 2 channels vs Cody's..👍

thanks Cody for helping with my 4th! I used to just light one at a time it was alright but never a big show . this time I fused 5 using green fuse turned out great except last one must have jump off the fuse. thanks for tips and ideas now I've got a better idea of connecting. we made it on Facebook from one of the neighbors for having an awesome show. I just went way over my budget wish I could find them cheaper maybe buy them in the off-season. Thanks again plus hope to see more.

I wonder what kind of audio equipment would make the fireworks sound better. In the video it just sounds like little fire crackers, but in the back yard it sounds so much better.
