Nadal won, and they were moving early, however Nadal, as well as the entire field, absolutely CRAWLED home. The final quarter of mile was 27 seconds, and none of the horses in the back made a run, except an 80-1 shot. Bafferts other horses show speed, and I think the derby is going to be fast early. Theres no way in hell this horse runs a 27 4th quarter and wins the Kentucky Derby. Look for another horse. This wasnt the best field ive seen in The Rebel, and theres going to be a horse that will finish fast in Louisville. I like Sole Volante with a good trip and some of that cobra venom that Biancone uses on his horses....

But during the mid week I’d meet people who worked for trainers in capacity or another and at first I thought they were just stories. But I was told who was juicing, who was doping, who was milk shaking who had jocks using stingers, which jocks took it serious which ones didn’t or were just lazy. It was an eye opener to say the least.
