Ingredients List:
Sponge:
१/२ कप दूध ( 1/2 cup milk )
१/२ कप चीनी ( 1/2 cup sugar)
१/2 छोटा चम्मच वैनिला एसेंस ( 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence )
४0 ग्राम बटर ( 40 gram butter)
मैदा ३/४थ कप ( all purpose flour 3/4 cup or 100 gram)
बेकिंग पाउडर १ छोटा चम्मच ( 1 teaspoon baking powder)
बेकिंग सोडा १/४ छोटा चम्मच ( 1/4 teaspoon baking soda )
२- 3 चम्मच कोको पाउडर ( 2.5 tablespoon cocoa powder)
Frosting:
१०० ग्राम बटर ( 100 gram butter)
१२५ ग्राम इचिंग शुगर ( 125 gram icing sugar)
२५ ग्राम डार्क कॉमपॉन्ड ( 125 gram dark coumpound)
१/२ कप दूध ( 1/2 cup milk)
Chocolate Ganash :
70-8 gram dark coumpound
2 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon butter
