This whole fic (and animatic of course) just make me happy. Like the trauma and hell the disaster twins are going through is terrible of course. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
But at the end of the day, they have this bond that no one can deny. In blood they are half brothers because they share the same father. But the two of them? They click in soul that only a few people ever do. The way that Donnie can be down to his base self and still protect Leo so well? Know him better than anyone?
I think they may be soul mates. No romantic, NEVER ROMANTIC, but like one soul 2 bodies. Like what people used to say twins were. A soul split into 2 bodies. At least that's what I think

This is AMAZING the growing up scene at the beginning is stunningly smooth, the poses, facial expressions, backgrounds, colors, character designs (the 2012 tmnt look great and different which can be difficult so gj) are all fantastic!! And the story went 15 to 100 real quick at 1:55 and I’m intrigued I’ll check out the fanfic! And again beautiful animation it really fits the music! Keep up the awesome work you’ve got a lot of great potential!
