It actually looks substantially better. I always thought the PS5's sculpted and maximalist chassis clashed with the matte white. Now you've got an exciting look to match the exciting chassis. Sony should employ you!
Hello again you may remember a comment I made in your last video. It is 3 am in the morning and I found myself watching this. I think I did say last time I would love to see a ps5 mod showcase. I absolutely love the matt blue with sliver. Really brings out the brass or copper heatsink stunning work. Looks like somthing straight out of the factory floor. Really inspirational to me
All he did was buy blue plates, cut out a hole sanded the edges drilled out for holes and screwed in stand offs to mount a cut piece of plexi glass which scratches very very easily btw. It's a 10 minute project when you have the normal house hold tools in front of you.
The clear plastic part (or w.e material it is) should've been cut to be the same size as the part cut out of the PS5, and crazy glued in. This way it would be flush, even with the rest and would look even better. Still looks pretty cool though and I like the light inside, just don't like how it protrudes.

Very sharp looking work, once it was all said and done. You really went above what I expected when you repainted the core of the unit from black to silver/gray, that played really nicely with the contrasting blue outer case & lighting.
I'm a PC gamer, and have no intention of getting a PS5. But man holy fuck, this looks absolutely amazing. You did a really great job, you should be extremely proud of your work. Hats off you to you brother
Other issue with fusing the two is it will be tough to hide the glue and seam between the two. Another idea is using shorter spaces and plugging the gap with the rubber strips they use to waterproof car windows.
Okay I'll give u that, this is the best one I've seen so far, very nice 👍🏼 But I still need to see someone try to make it slimmer that it is before Sony dose And for people always saying 'Why didn't Sony just make it the best they could' Well because then it would cost like £1000 and consoles need to be affordable for everybody not look the best

How did you connect the led to the system From my understanding you desoldered the power supply connection and replaced it with positive and negative wires but what did you connect those wires to? At 4:55

You could have fussed the glass onto the plate that way it wont collect dust .
It'll be easier to remove the glass to dust out the insides with his design. His idea in the video works perfectly fine. Also it improves airflow.
