Bit sad our society's at the point of choosing an auction vs child birth, can't have been easy for the dad.
"Undermining the credibility of vendor's property" ! are you joking? nobody under 40 can afford to buy a property. if there is one thing that is undermining the credibility of vendor's properties is the obscene amounts of money they want for their properties.
So true, median income earner can't afford a house, that's why the auctions are starting at low bids.
