Cuando era un niño pequeño que vivía en la Ciudad de México, celebrábamos la Navidad asando una rata. La salsa se obtenía friendo grasa de cerdo vieja. Recuerdo a mi tío Manuel que era muy obeso. se aseguró de que todos los niños tomáramos al menos tres tragos de tequila ya que era Navidad. luego nos sentamos y contábamos historias de terror sobre la Navidad, entre hojas de cactus cocidas a fuego abierto. Después de eso mi tía hizo unos dulces hechos con hojas de Agave. la mayoría de nosotros, los niños, comíamos demasiado, nos enfermábamos y vomitábamos. buenos tiempos buenos tiempos
