We have a 28' 2004 Airstream Classic. The new 2015 Classic is beautiful. These Airstreams are lifetime trailers. We will keep the 28' for now, its been so good to us.

I'm waiting for an insulated one. I would sure think, especially for the high quality look and the price, they would insulate it! Insulation is lightweight and doesn't cost much, compared to the benefits.

Airstream added some very neat amenities to the 2015. Colonial does an awesome job selling and servicing Airstreams. My 19ft Bambi was shipped to Kansas and I am 1000% satisfied with the best Airstream dealer in N.A.
Good video but it was hard to get the size of everything because the fisheye lens messed it up.

I think the 20' Flying Cloud has a nicer kitchen stove. Those burners have such small grates around them you could knock over a pot and spill it everywhere.

Marilda Lipp It's not as bad as it seems, lady. Mine is wide bodied. But at 26' it's not really meant for two people. The cd system is great. Right now I'm listening to the late Evora Cesaria's "Pic Nic Na Salamanca," and Portuguese lends itself immensely to music. It's true that you don't have to know the language!

My husband and I are planning to buy a 30' Classic, but are surprised at the seeming lack of available options in Airstream Trailers. Is there truly no options for flooring, cabinetry color, etc?

Realize that even as late as 2018, the Airstream is not insulated! (or not much) It is built for vacationing. I think they need to step it up and insulate it as well as possible. These are very expensive and beautiful, so it's worth insulating.

This is a beautiful trailer. Two people could live in it with no problem. I do think the outlets would better accessed above the table. Fit and finish is lovely. In MOST states, you could NOT buy a three bedroom house with this level of quality for the price of this trailer.
Besides they don't come with wheels for travel. Lol!
I'm sure the power outlets have to be below the table so kids with silverware can't play with them.
only the second Airstream ive ever seen. This is very nice but id prefer a more rustic feel to the intior ( Hickory cabnets, burgandy or med navy studded couch, dinnette seating and an approperately matching bed spread.
Was there a tv in the couch, dinnette , kitchen area? Maybe i missed it. Also hope the awning comes in other colors to choose from...just too much silver, whites and grays... the only real color was the pale yellow of the leather seating and the pale yellow pillow on the bed. 😝 Warm it up inside...looks too much like a sterile unit in a hospital

Loved the way it was set up and with a warmer more rudtic color palet...id like to have one.

I think it still needs an extra tire or two on each side if this thing. That's a lot of weight to rely on just two tires on each side.
Also what does this model go for? I really love it most, but am not sure I need all the extra room. Nor am I sure that my Expedition can pull such a large load.

I really think that the camera is a bit deceptive when showing these units. It's almost like a fishbowl effect. It greatly exaggerates the interior space, which is probably what you're going for, but it doesn't provide the most accurate depiction of how much space you really have.

I know that some single people are living in RVs for financial reasons. Someone could quite comfortably live in this lovely unit for a while. A convection microwave AND a little oven? That's gilding the lily!
Some people live this lifestyle for years , I've been living In my car by choice for a while trying to do just that.
Beared Gentlegents You should look into a TEPUI TENTS, I had one mounted on top of my Beetle TDI and traveled the country this way. or a Conversion Van would be another way to go.

i love the air streams, but how high is the inside ceiling for tall guys? and they never design these with a setup where you can have a full sofa and a nice full recliner..i dont like the two small beds, rather have one quenn size bed ..are they making slide outs in these finally yet?
