that's a nice unit. the darker one does shrink it. it's nice to hear a young ladies point of view, she's real and describes things the way my 25 year old daughter would, keeping it light and being funny they make a good pair.

I really like that layout!
This is my favorite RV to have, perfect for me to drive in!! I could use it at highway Service areas (route 24-Bridgewater MA) and the TA Truck stop in Rhode Island and Branford Connecticut and even the Northeast Corridor, although it will still not completely replace Amtrak travel, and speaking of Amtrak, this mini RV is more like the Viewliner Deluxe Bedroom
Oh i do love vehicles with soft chairs, especially if it a memory foam and has a very elegant smooth ultra leather. For interior color i would love the walnut color of the cabinets and then the seats will be color white. It's very elegant it's like youre on a yatch.

I like her take on the colors, lighter makes the coach seem bigger, I agree! Beautiful coach. From people’s comments, they think that she is trying to “sell” the van. Wrong. Keep up the good work on the videos and remember, no matter WHAT YOU DO, you cannot please EVERYBODY! But you will please the MAJORITY of people!
Wow know I got my Dream Van! It's a perfect combination between passengers Van and RV, because can take 7 passengers, but also have the best of RV (Kitchen, Frigde, Microwave, Bathroom, Toilet, Dish Washer, and TVs of course)

Very nice review.. G's tour was just too cute. lol To be fair, it is a Class B... with an oven! Granted they should have gone the extra step and put in a convection. It's not like it would take any more room. My only concern... is the price: $151,736 Copied and pasted from the Airstream web site. That much money and they can't afford to put a fan in the oven?

could G please explain more on the gear shifter thing, what does it do and does it come in a dark and light color, great tour, this van would be so nice for long day trips, and for maybe a 2 or 3 day trip, i bet that leather is so soft, i wouldn't want to leave it.
Instead of a casserole, I was thinking more of a roast. Just a tweak. Haha! Nice.
The layout should be completely flipped over! The sink & cooktop should be on the side with the slider because then the cook can still be looking out over the patio and still have conversation with those out under the awning. The way it is set up you'd be washing dishes while looking right into the next campsite. Also, for driving visibility you would be able to see over your right should when making lane changes or parking.
I'm going to purchase the white one, this summer when school lets out, and go to Disney world, with the hubby & kids, no motel room needed, love these, the one I'm getting cost $124k

Just a little FYI. Airstream doesn't use real leather or suede (the material on the walls) but Ultra Leather and Ultra Suede which are both man-made materials. Also, in a previous video (for the Roadtrek Zion, I believe) G made reference to the "granite countertops". Again, they don't use real granite but a man-made product called Corian.
I'm not singling out Airstream because most RV manufacturers use the exact same materials and interestingly, these man-made materials are superior to the natural versions in every way.

that first storage at 3:59 couldnt even open all the way.
Will be nice and affordable to buy for fulltime living in 10 to 12 years after it depreciates. A 23 feet rv with an old ford 360 carb gas engine with a f350 base does 12 miles a gallon still. Can buy a good one under 10K. Still a nice coach.

Good review G. :) I keep hoping that in the class B's of the future they will do something that has the extra width like the Pleasureway XL that combines the layout of the Leisure Travel van with the pull down Murphy bed. I think that would just be awesome! Why these small coaches don't have the tankless water heaters though is beyond me. Seems like an ideal candidate for that. I also wish there were options to have a larger fresh water tank and eliminate the black tank for composting toilets, of course that wouldn't work with this Airstream that has the wet bath, but with a Leisure Travel van that has the dry bath it could work. :)

Chris Travels Thank God for people like you and the Wynns and other full timers who are vlogging their experiences on UA-cam. Y'all have the ability to change the future of the RV industry. I hope that in the future they will offer models and options that will be full time friendly and offer all weather insulation for colder temps. Keep up the good work, Chris and G! Love how the first cabinet she opens isn't even aligned properly. It's gloss, which means it will last forever? but you can't open it because its made of chipboard and has already soaked up 2 pounds of moisture from the air. Thanks for purchasing your new sponge mobile.

This class RV would be great for a short road trip on the week-ends but not for extended travels, it's not intended for long term living, that's not it's purpose, people that can afford this can also afford a larger class A !
I heard you have a 13 ft. trailer? like to see it, also heard you are comming out with a new smaller trailer in 2017.need toknow more, we will be retiring within a year

This rig would be great for someone who has a Luxury Diesel Pusher motor home and is wanting to downsize, entering into the process of 'weaning' themselves from the RV lifestyle ( enjoying life on the road).....considering of course, that they have required deep pockets to afford one of these.

Chris Travels Thanks Chris, after owning three different kind of RV's and spending many nights and miles over 14 years you learn a thing or two. I comment on some of the manufacturers UA-cam and Facebook accounts but never a reply back from them. I always have to remind people that a education does not necessarily make you smart. I think that when the RV industry does really well that quality goes down and right now things are booming.

What happened to the exhaust fan if one cooks on the stove? I didn't see anything that would even vent,nor circulate the steam or vapors out of the RV. Cause of that, I would not buy it.

Well, for Germany no. You need a license for transporting people if the car is equipped with more than 8 seats (with seatbelts) - in this case it's a bus and you need a truck license and then a bus license on top of it and a certification to transport people around which needs a checkup every 2 years. So no, you don't want to drive a car with more than 8 seats :D
You can register those cars as trucks, if you like to, but then they are limited to I think 3 ppl (with seatbelts blabla). And you can register them as passenger cars, then they can hold up to 8 ppl - different insurance stuff in each case. In both cases they must be under 3,5 tons (7000 pounds) maximum loaded vehicle weight. Else you're forced to register them as bus or truck and you need a different driving license as well for vehicles above 3,5 tons.
As far as I understand those rules in USA, you need a CDL if the truck weight is 26,001 or greater. Since those cars are mainly designed in Germany, I bet they stay under 3,5 tons (7000 pounds) so I think you're be fine. :)
