    In some cases the velocity ratio of 4 pulley system is 5 how come??

      Zuzer Zakiuddin when there is 1 pulley in upper block and 3 pulleys in lower block then M.A is 5

    Is it true that for a block and tackle system,vr =n,ma=n when efficiency is 1 but if efficiency varies ,will values of vr or ma will change

      And there is one exception also
      But you can say no of pulley =VR this is correct and with no exception
