      The gym that I'm at, we start from closed guard top or bottom.
      I need a game plan on what grips to look for when starting and what takedowns I can do with different grips.
      Depending on if I'm at the top or bottom. How to break guard ( closed guard) and how to pass (open guard).
      And if I'm at bottom. Different closed guard sweeps, spider guard set up and sweeps, classical open guard to butterfly set up and sweep, lasso set up. Tri pod sweep Or dela riva set up and sweeps. X guard sweeps. Etc. I'm focusing on a good position and then doing the basic submissions like Americana, arm bar, triangles, kirmura or taking the back.

      It would be helpful if you could help me get a game plan and then I'll practice those sequences. Thank you! 🙌

    White belt one stripe here. 02:40 - is a game changer. I did it today and passed a blue belt closed guard pull right away that was used to get me. Not to mention this tactic gives more time to breath instead of jumping to the fight right away. Thanks a lot sensei. Big Oss!

    I don't like the double leg because you end up in their guard. Great lesson though

      @BIGOSS.JIU-JITSU  Рік тому +1

      Just don’t push forward step up and push to the side, to can end up on side control or at least in the half guard 😉 BIG OSS

      @@BIGOSS.JIU-JITSU 🙏 thanks coach. I just have bad experience from it. Saw someone in my team try it and ended up getting sprawled on or guillotined.
