A Volkanovski Topuria fight breakdown would be cool even if a little late. Volk def someone who took some inspiration from your work. Either him or someone in his camp.
Hill's Key to Victory is: ● Stay Southpaw ● Constant Footwork ● Avoid Extended Exchanges X Factor Full Achilles Tear Recovery & 1 Year of NO TRAINING Poatan's Keys ● Small Steps & Pressure - Get Hill behind the Black ● Pick at Hill with Low Commitment Kicks to Bait Exchange ● 1s & 2s To Head, Chest & Body to gage Distance for Lead Hook
Pereira broke his right foot in the 1st round of the Bruno Silva fight so this isn’t a great fight to break down……Pereira still won by Unanimous Decision and broke Bruno’s nose in the 3rd round, exploding his face. It took Izzy 4 fights to find that KO shot and Hill is nowhere near as technical as Izzy, not even close.
Ome thing i noticed is he is extremely vulnerable for takedowns when he retreats like that. A wrestler who throws for real and shoots under will have a easy time. But lucky for pereira there aren't many wrestlers in LW now
I think he was taking note on the effectiveness of his kicks landing at different heights. His low kick is sneaky and efficient while still damaging. He is not as well known for blasting head kicks with as much proficiency like Thai styles use
@@tannerjacquescharest2102see u have a greater understanding and not a simplistic reading like the original commentator. Peira is a one trick kicker literally his right leg kick that's it.
Pereira is awful. Hill absolutely could knock him out, he also sucks tho. Those MMA guys cant strike, there are a few exceptions like Poirier, Gaethje, Volkanovski, Holloway, Topuria who are worth watching. Conor also had one good showing agaisnt Poirier(their 2d fight, if I remember correctly), other than that he mostly does some kind of bouncy karate crap. Apart from them, Omalley just had a good showing, he improved a lot, but still cant drop weight properly. Yan is okay-ish, will do something well here and there. Cory Sandhagen probably has most potential between the three of them, he is getting timed o his probes a lot, needs to work on that.
Dustin is a good boxer for mma good guard good vision to see shots coming roll with them pull them or block and counter shifts his weight into his shots effortlessly but doesn’t really set up anything just fights Conor in the second Dustin fight was good to watch bar the leg kick defence but his boxing looked on another level still think he’s too much of a front foot fighter but had nice pull counters so is still aware of the danger yan does nice things but give up too much ground doesn’t play the probe game enough gives his opponents free space topuria I like a lot can effortlessly move evade pull his weight and counter in one motion has decent foot work to cut you off overcommits at times but doesn’t pay for it cause guys are too intimidated and when he gets on the inside he’s gonna destroy all these mma guys with shitty defence
Connor was goofy in that second fight . Body shots were open when Dustin’s back was on the cage and he didn’t take advantage and not blocking leg kicks. That’s crazy
@@jl_so4276 They all got some flaws. My biggest problem with Poirier is that he sometimes doesnt shoot off his blocks and doesnt always return with correct shot following weight naturally. + he is rly bad ring general. Conor has a big problem not bringing both his feet with him in sync with punches. With his 2s its not bringing his rearfoot with him. With his jab it's not bringing his lead foot with his body and allowing his back leg to follow his lead foot, I.e how u step off with your jab. Main issue vs Dustin was sitting in on a front foot, inside jab, waiting on the counter, while Poirier would simply probe Conor out of that position. +Poirier's right hook when ever Conor got stuck in a certain position (won't give anything away) And it was Poirier circling out & putting Conor to fence. And we are talking about one showing here, most of the time he does some karate nonsense and looks terrible. I need to watch more of Topuria, I only watched 2 of his fights. He is impressive, I can't say much. I was never that impressed with Yan. He does some things well like staying tight, squatting(smaller target) hands staying in position(block/shoot) and his feet are great. Bringing rear foot with him, so he could naturally follow his weight onto front foot,in position to come up with hook. And he can sometimes probe with his lead hand. Then he will try to shoot kicks off of the lead hand touch game like vs Omalley and look terrible. Also you said it well, he cant properly control space
Brother, Adesanya would whoop all those guy you mentioned. Probably easily, and Pereira beat him. Beats him. Pereira is my pick for best "natural" striker Ever. He just gotta fix that Ryan Garcia shoulder roll
@@FoutsBoxingTheory Matt brother, have you ever watched Adesanya fight? He is garbage, he fients just to fient(no rhyme purpose or reason) I always say, establish threats off your feint, get into position with rhythm/leans,&shoot off your fienting(suprise/establish threat). He is a bum, so is Pereira. He reminds me how another big issue with MMA fighters is how they still don't know how to work their way into position, stay in position with their weight, set their feet, punch with authority. Pereira has some of the worst fundamentals Ive ever seen. Wish I could post videos here. He walks in tall, on the line, hands down, open shoulders, dont be suprised if he gets KOd by that bum Hill. You're a knowledgeable, so I'm guessing you haven't watched these fighters. Just imagine if Gaethje, who is a stud with real boxing fundamentals and Pereira were same size...

I Love Fouts MMA stricking breakdowns its such a different game the Gloves make a huge different and the expectations of grappling or kicks

Please make one of these for the Justin/Max bout. This is the super in-depth MMA striking type videos that I love to see. Great Job.
Sick breakdown! Dustin vs Mcgregor 2 would be an interesting striking breakdown!

Oh no. Very few win their first fight back from Achilles problems.
@@FoutsBoxingTheory the cards are definitely stacked against Hill. Only only thing in his Favour is Alex's Age
I didn’t know you covered mma
That was outta nowhere tho
@@MatheusOliveira-dx8lbNope, he's been doing it for years.
My main student is a MMA fighter. I just don't post a lot but I watch more UFC than Boxing.

Pereira W
Do the Gaethje vs Holloway breakdown anyways
People will catch on eventually

You should do a video breaking down Dustin poirier punching technique.

can you do more mma analysis
Can you do video on Justin and max
Do Holloway vs gaethje PLEASE 🙏
Holloway in the later rounds is my pick😤
If Justin can't get him out early he might.
So can we get a break down since I kind of predicted that✊😤lol just jokes thanks for all the uploads lately!
Fouts you said that Izzy and Alex aren’t that great at head kicking guys taller than them; in your opinion who was a good head kicker?
Alex & Ixzy both tall dudes. Both have alot of wear & tear from Kickboxing 👋🏼
Damn, the hate for Alex is strong in this one. Talk about lack of objectivity for a video that's supposed to be unbiased.
Jamahal round 2 or 1 Knockout
"Decent kicker" , pereira was a two division Glory KICKBOXING champion 😂 lmao bruh

ufc 300 gotta end with a ko, whether it's pereira or hill somebody gotta get tko'd
I hope fouts makes my dream come true and does a match breakdown on Gordon Ryan (Mike Tyson of jiu jitsu) at ADCC.
Well i guess poatan is a somebody one punched jamahal hill easy fight - jiri gets ko'ed 2's jan loses he's a great fighter period.....
Lol 1 win out of 4
