I tried your lemon temptress sauce but couldn’t find the 4 cheese one at my Walmart yet. I loved the lemon one! I also loved that it doesn’t have seed oils but real olive oil and butter. Can’t wait to try all of your sauces. My 3 year old daughter just adores you!

Schön, dass du auch Deutsch sprichst- damit hätte ich gar nicht nicht gerechnet… Ich persönlich würde zwar hier mindestens eine Käse -Variante auch durch unsere köstlichen Alpen-Käse ersetzen, denn ich stamme aus Tirol und wir haben so herrlich würzigen Bergkäse!😅🫠 Mindestens einen Alpenhartkäse und eventuell auch noch einen Alpenkräuterweichkäse… Aber egal - es gibt so viele unbeschreibliche Käsespezialitäten (von überall her!) und das ist wohl auch der wahre Unterschied zwischen der ,Four Cheese Pasta‘ and herkömmlichen amerikanischen ,Mac‘n Cheese‘… Die werden wohl leider oft nicht gerade mit wirklich guten Käse gemacht🥺 Was nicht heißt, dass sie den nicht zum Teil auch hätten- Cheddar z.b (-ok. ist von UK) ist eines meiner Lieblingskäse in den letzten Jahren! Can you do videos on how to actually use the sauces from the jars to plating the pasta. Like how much sauce to use and what not , as you mentioned that it's concentrated and not the normal strength one

I am the only one in the family that cooks italian, speaks italian (thank you duolingo) but one pain remains in my heart. I have never eaten burrata. When I see you tear it something happens in my soul!

Mac and Cheese is poor men substitude for quattro formaggi (#1 cheese sauce ever❤❤❤). Who never tried, should reconsider improving his eating habbits😂. @thepastaqueen you rock!!!
I have a sad story involving four cheeses and italian food. Had a first date with a girl and I made a risotto quattro formaggi. I finished it and we started talking for like 5~10 minutes. When I opened the pot and started serving the risotto, it was incredibly hard and sticky and terrible 🤣. A very valuable lesson: when you mess with cheese, you gotta eat as fast as possible 🤣
This sauce is gonna be good in flavor, but rich in preservatives. There is no equivalent to making these dishes from scratch and with the real raw ingredients. Just do it if you can.
Actually, after reading the ingredients, it has no preservatives. The only ‘extras’ in there not mentioned in the video are garlic and some starches/anti-caking agent.
Don't you have enough money already ? And making it look like you do homemade stuff and put it into these jars is kinda borderline abusive. It's not true at all right ?
