Simple and Delicious. Just the way I like it.
Seasoning Recipe:
2 parts kosher salt
1 part 18 mesh black pepper
1 part granulated garlic
1 part MOJO beef

That’s gonna be tough to beat Jay! Fresh ground ribeye..boy that had a fine crust on it! The shrimp, bacon and onions, sautéed in the lime and butter. That’s some mighty fine dining to finish off those smash burgers! Outstanding! Cheers buddy!
