How to get the Rune of Clairvoyance [+40% CRITICAL HIT RATE]

- The Rune of Clairvoyance gives +40% to critical hit rate, making it one of the best runes in the game! To obtain the Rune of Clairvoyance, you must locate Sayid Ali a number of times. He shows up in these locations in this order throughout the game:
0:04 - Hishahn Palace Grounds
0:32 - Impershi'arc
1:01 - HQ Hot Springs (after events at Impershi'arc and Seign's route at Ardinale)
1:31 - Yarnaan 3F (talk to him asap or you'll be locked out for a while)
1:59 - Skriss Village (talk to him twice)
2:30 - HQ Hot Springs (gives Rune of Radiance)
3:26 - Eltisweiss (after liberating)
3:47 - HQ Hot Springs (after you beat the game, re-load save)
You can do all of this post-game, it's still in this order. He might not need to be found at Skriss Village or Eltisweiss if you wait to do this until post-game.

Have you seen roadmap for dlc? Apparently there will be dlc for marisa story and seighn story and third one not yet announced
3rd one is Markus and Nowa I believe. Each one comes out a month apart from August-October. I'm down for more EC!

So what's the condition to met him? Just follow the story or we can met him in person after met him in another city? If we need to follow the story, what's the best to met him in Eltisweiss? After retake the Eltisweiss or random time after we met him at Base Castle?
You can beat the game first then go find him in Hishahn and follow him to each location (which I think he won't be at Skriss or Eltisweiss then). But you can find him in most areas as you get to them in the story while checking HQ Hot Springs between a few locations, which is what I did in the video.

You do, re-load your star save file and he'll be by the hot springs.

i only get Rune of Radiance, after that i did see Him at Eltisweiss. I not Finish the Game yet.. im still in arc of revenant army. How i can get this Rune of Clairvoyance?
You have to beat the game at that point, then you get it post-game. He'll be back at the Hot Springs at HQ.

Yes, but if he's not showing up somewhere and you already beat the game, go ahead and try the next location.
I think I did them all, but he's not there at the last one at the castle.
Hmmm, I would say go double check everywhere in case the game is being buggy (still). He does walk around quite a bit at HQ too.

Yes, it is.
So the final location to trigger, Ill have to beat the game right? That sucks if that’s the case because i dont replay games when I finish it.
Yes but there's post-game stuff to do that it'll come in handy. Or at least get all the trophies/achievements.
