VLOG #1: Portland HD Radio Bandscan

For the very first Radio Survivor vlog we have a bandscan of all the FM stations broadcasting HD Radio in Portland, OR. Because of the power limitations of HD Radio a couple of station's HD signals wouldn't lock in, even from my location very near the center of the city.
