Alongside Mortal Kombat (2011), Mortal Kombat: Armageddon and Mortal Kombat: Deception has to indeed be one of the Mortal Kombat games to have best designs, Mileena, Kitana, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Noob, Smoke, Reptile, Ermac just to name a few ;)

Also, I find it quite silly that an extraordinary godlike being like Blaze, instead of making use of his fire to easily subdue Noob (or any combatant used for Arcade mode) he then resorts to a kungfu fight when he clearly has the upper hand, I always loved the absurdity of Mortal Kombat: Armageddon. Don't get me started with Stryker's ending lmao

Noob Saibot's primary design looks to be Sub-Zero dubbed in all black, almost like human Smoke's MK2 design in my opinion. The gameplay is nice and further motivates me to play Mortal Kombat: Armageddon but, given its rather rarity due to Armageddon and Deception not being available under Nex Gen console titles. I suggest those eager to play should convert to PC
