    I would love for all these women to specifically share what helped them with the transition. It’s always so generic and vague. However super refreshing to hear gorgeous famous women talk about menopause.
    1. Sea buckthorn oil and slippery elm bark for dryness
    2. Take omega 3, 6 in larger quantities for dry skin hair
    3. Home hormone test to see where your levels are. Your progesterone and estrogen drop but also look at your testosterone
    4. HRT or bio progesterone and estriol creams
    6. You can no longer get away with eating a box of cookies, eat like a body builder. PROTEIN!!
    7. Walk outdoors, for the stress relief and sunshine
    8. Prioritize sleep. Cut back on caffeine. Melatonin, cold room, white noise, etc
